Hi, I’m Auspria Wade, PA-C

I’m a nationally certified Physician Assistant and the founder of Resilient Health, a wellness-focused practice built on the belief that healing happens when we care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. My background is in primary care medicine, where I’ve seen firsthand the long-term effects of chronic conditions and the power of preventive, compassionate care.

My approach is both professional and personal. After facing health challenges of my own, I came to deeply value the importance of being truly seen and heard in the healthcare setting. I strive to create that experience for my clients by combining clinical insight with heart-centered support.

I focus on areas like metabolic health, digestive wellness, stress management, and women’s health, using nutrition, lifestyle guidance, and evidence-based strategies to support lasting change. Whether I’m reviewing labs or developing a personalized wellness plan, I see it as a partnership—and I’m here to walk alongside you.

Outside of my work, I enjoy meaningful conversation, reading about human connection and behavior, and spending time outdoors with my family.
