Biography
Kristan creates a sanctuary where transformation unfolds gently, safely, and sustainably. Rooted in a polyvagal-informed approach, she guides clients to attune to their nervous systems—laying the foundation to explore long-held patterns and core values at a pace that honors safety and trust.
With deep respect for the nervous system’s wisdom, Kristan helps clients compassionately recognize protective patterns that once served them, while gently releasing what no longer aligns with their growth. This intentional process allows for meaningful neural rewiring, integration, and increased access to intuition—the inner compass guiding them back to their authentic selves.
As a certified Emotional Freedom Techniques practitioner through EFTi and Safe and Sound Protocol provider, through UNYTE, Kristan draws from Interpersonal Neurobiology, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Nonviolent Communication. These evidence-based modalities support vagal tone, deepen neuroceptive awareness, and foster emotional clarity—creating a multidimensional pathway to wholeness.
Both scientifically grounded and soulfully attuned, Kristan’s work emerges from her lived experience and extensive trainings. She has profound respect for each person’s unique journey as she walks alongside clients with steadfast presence as they rediscover what feels most true, empowered, and vibrantly alive within themselves – facilitating transformation that resonates at the deepest levels of being.
