• Since 2022: Psychotherapist specializing in body-oriented approaches, focusing on developmental trauma, eating disorders, and crisis intervention. Over 100 hours of intervision in body-oriented approaches, and over 50 hours of individual and group supervision (including supervision with Alexandra S.). Personal therapy (over 100 hours) since 2021. Participant in therapeutic groups (Hakomi, Biosynthesis, Bodynamic, Thanatotherapy).
Professional Experience in Teaching:
• Since December 2022: Six author-led webinars on polyvagal theory (3.5 academic hours per module).
• 2023: Launched an educational program on neurophysiology in psychotherapy with a focus on polyvagal theory.
• March-Dec 2024: Neurophysiology in psychotherapy with polyvagal theory course of webinars (48 academic hours) at the Institute of Biosynthesis, Greece and Cyprus (in English).
