Lisa Hogan, MD

Dr. Lisa Hogan was born in St. Louis, Missouri; and was raised in Columbus, Ohio. She obtained her medical degree at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Her residency was at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky in general and vascular surgery, including a year of research in vascular surgery. Dr. Hogan was board certified in general and vascular surgery and practiced general surgery from 1986 until 2001. Dr. Hogan developed an interest in preventative medicine in the late 1990’s and completed a “mini-residency” in occupational medicine at the University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio. She sought out additional training with organizations like the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and the Association for the Advancement of Restorative Medicine, as well as with various mentors for training in aesthetic procedures to become proficient in both functional medicine and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Hogan has over 26 years’ experience in these fields. Dr. Hogan enjoys teaching, and trained hundreds of medical offices in laser safety and operation, injectable fillers and neuromodulators, and other aesthetic procedures. Dr. Hogan resides in Raleigh, NC where her practice is located.
