Physiotherapist, osteopath and Master in Epidemiology, with a professional background that integrates advanced clinical practice, university teaching, epidemiological research, public health and the academic direction of training programs for healthcare professionals.

A significant part of his career has been developed in the university setting, where he served as professor, director of the Physiotherapy degree program and coordinator of specialization programs at the University of Caxias do Sul, Brazil. His institutional experience also includes roles of scientific and ethical responsibility, including participation in the National Research Ethics Commission of Brazil, the UCS Health/Research Ethics Committee and the Animal Experimentation Ethics Commission.

He is currently CEO and Academic Director of ISNA — Advanced Neurofunctional Health Institute — and creator of the Integrative ANS Method, a clinical and educational framework focused on clinical reasoning related to the autonomic nervous system in complex patients. His current work focuses on neurofunctional health, chronic pain, dysautonomias, functional assessment, heart rate variability and the integration of clinical reasoning in the management of chronic and multifactorial conditions.
